Crowne Plaza Hotel And Suites Pittsburgh South By Ihg, Mt. Lebanon

The hotel is conveniently located right off US-19, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. The rooms had shared doors which could be noisy but helped with sleeping. Unfortunately, the lack of a fridge was an inconvenience during our stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was bustling with shops and eateries, making it convenient for various activities, but the room was noisy, smaller than expected, and lacked the additional window advertised on the website. The service, though admirable most of the time, fell short on our last day with insufficient towels. The dining experience was decent, with a standout breakfast event on game days with live music, but it came with a price tag. On the bright side, the hotel's proximity to a mall and shops is unbeatable.

Although the hotel had some issues like dusty rooms and non-functioning amenities, the staff were very apologetic and tried to make up for it with drink and breakfast vouchers. The location was convenient for my needs, but the room size was smaller than expected. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a mixed experience with some drawbacks but good service.
